Beta offers Race Edition versions of its two-stroke and four-stroke off-road models.
Beta continues to impress with the rapid evolution of its off-road motorcycle line as the Italians continue to get their licks in against their Austrian rivals, and Beta is now joining them in offering special Race editions of its two-stroke and four-stroke models.
More than just a fancy graphics swap, the Race editions boast an all-new 48mm Sachs closed- cartridge fork not found on the standard RR models, and its fully adjustable Sachs shock absorber receives new “race spec” settings. All Race Edition models receive a new dual-map ignition system that allows the rider to select between “Wet” and “Dry” maps. Both the 250RR and 300RR two-stroke models also do away with the oil-injection system and are instead set up to run premixed fuel. Other Race Edition upgrades include billet aluminum chain adjusters and oil filler caps, Beta Factory hand guards, extra wide aluminum footpegs, a special seat with a pocket, black-anodized shifter and brake pedal, red-anodizing on the fork and rims, and special race team-inspired graphics.
