WP Suspension

MURRIETA, Calif.–WP Suspension North America, Inc. is pleased to offer increased support for WP Authorized Centers in 2018, including a powerful Customer Service department and state of the art Logistics Center. These changes signal the end of the popular in-house consumer direct suspension service and tuning offered through WP Factory Services. The transition of those resources paves the way for higher level support for WP Authorized Centers who serve as the exclusive dealer network for the popular WP Cone Valve forks and TRAX shocks, as well as shared distribution of OEM WP maintenance material. The move ultimately gives additional resources to the Authorized Center in order to better serve the needs of those who ride and race with our products.

“The increased resources we can now offer our Authorized Centers are really amazing,” said WP Suspension North America’s Kyle Guglielmetti, Business Development Manager. “Quicker processing times, improved availability and dedicated customer service teams are all big wins for both our Authorized Centers and the WP customers who ride with our products.”

WP Pro Components include the wildly popular Cone Valve Fork and TRAX Shock available for both motocross and off-road motorcycles including KTM, Husqvarna, Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki and Yamaha. Products available for various motorcycles can be found on the WP Pro Components Configurator.

WP Authorized Centers are the exclusive reseller and service outlet for WP Pro Components and offer shared distribution for WP Original Spare Parts. WP Authorized Centers can be found using the WP Authorized Center locator tool.
