Registration is now open for the 2016 KTM Junior Supercross Challenge, coming to a supercross stadium near you.
KTM North America, Inc., has announced the dates for the 2016 schedule KTM Junior Supercross Challenge (KJSC) program, the popular intermission show that takes place at a number of Monster Energy AMA Supercross rounds each season.
Celebrating its 17th season, the 2016 KJSC program will play at 10 supercross venues, beginning January 16 at the San Diego Supercross and concluding on May 7 at the series finale in Las Vegas. The full schedule and application deadlines are below:

Anaheim II Supercross – January 23, 2016, entry deadline December 25, 2015
Phoenix Supercross – February 6, 2016, entry deadline January 8, 2016
Dallas Supercross – February 20, 2016, entry deadline January 22, 2016
Atlanta Supercross – February 27, 2016, entry deadline January 29, 2016
Toronto Supercross – March 12, 2016, entry deadline February 12, 2016
Detroit Supercross – March 19, 2016, entry deadline February 19, 2016
Indianapolis Supercross – April 9, 2016, entry deadline March 11, 2016
St. Louis Supercross – April 16, 2016, entry deadline March 18, 2016
Las Vegas Supercross – May 7, 2016, entry deadline April 8, 2016
The KJSC pits 15 randomly selected riders race aboard identically prepared KTM 50 SXS motorcycles. Throughout the day, the young riders will experience a track walk just like the pros, participate in two practice sessions, sign autographs for the fans, participate in opening ceremonies and race a three-lap exhibition race during the Supercross night program.
Entry is now open. Interested applicants must be 7-8 years old and meet the full requirements listed in the official rules.
