Montesa

Montesa is a subsidiary of Honda, specializing in trials bikes like the Cota 4RT. The company was originally formed in 1944 by Pedro Permanyer and Francisco Xavier "Paco" Bulto, who later started Bultaco. Originally, the company produced both street bikes and off-road motorcycles. During the economically turbulent '80s, Honda acquired a major stake in Montesa.
