Metzeler MC 360MH

Founded in Munich, Germany, in 1863, Metzeler didn’t get into producing tires until 1906, but the company has been manufacturing them since then. At times throughout its history, Metzeler has been one of the top off-road and motocross tire choices, and it was even the OE rubber on certain European dirtbikes in the 1980s.

Today, Metzeler is trying to claw its way back to the top of the aftermarket MX/off-road tire mountain with its new MC 360 range. The MC 360 is available in two specifications, Mid Soft and Mid Hard, the latter claimed by Metzeler to be the perfect tire for medium to hard terrain. It’s also legal for street use.

The MC 360 boasts rubber compounds that are designed to resist tearing while Metzeler’s Continuous Knob Binding (CKB) technique is used to help resist wear. The knobs feature a large block size to increase the tire contact patch, and they feature an alternating cut to further improve durability.
Metzeler also caters to the adventure-touring and dual sport crowds with its Sahara line of enduro/dual sport and adventure-touring tires.
