The VX-Pro4 Helmet is Arai’s latest model intended for MX, enduro and off-road use. Epitomizing Arai’s extensive pursuit of better helmet technology, the VX-Pro4 is based on Arai’s R75 Shape concept. Its super fiber, complex laminate construction shell is consistently round and smooth, and the VX-Pro4 meets or exceeds Snell and DOT helmet standards. Other features include a new visor that is 14mm longer and 5mm wider than the previous model for improved ability to deflect roost and flying debris. To compensate for the increased lift of the visor, the air outlets on the new peak have been made larger as well. The VX-Pro4’s chin-bar features a stainless mesh grill that can be easily removed for cleaning or damage replacement. The Air-Through ducts on the top front and top rear of the VX-Pro4, as well as the the side-port air ducts, have been designed to improve ventilation efficiency, and they are also easier to clean. The VX-Pro4 also features an all-new Removable Neckroll that makes cleaning the helmet easier. The revised Emergency Release Cheek Pad system has the release tab repositioned and is easier to access by rescue staff. A goggle strap locator keeps your goggle strap in position even during aggressive, competitive riding. For proper fit and size measure the circumference of your head 1-inch above your eyebrows and around the largest portion of the back of your head. The VX-Pro4 is available in X-Small (20 7/8″ – 21 1/4″), Small (21 5/8″ – 22″), Medium (22 1/2″ – 22 7/8″), Large (23 1/4″ – 23 5/8″), X-Large (24″ – 24 3/8″) and XX-Large (24 3/4″ – 25 1/8″).
