If you remember what it was like back in the day when virtually no one outside of your local bike shop carried metric hardware, you’ll appreciate how companies such as Bolt Motorcycle Hardware have made life much easier by offering bolt kits to fit your needs in the event that you lose a fastener on the track or trail. Bolt’s Pro-Pack kits feature 145 pieces of factory style hardware in the exact factory size and finish for your bike. In the case of the Euro kit shown here, Bolts says that you can only find some of these fasteners in two places, your KTM dealer or Bolt Motorcycle Hardware. The kit features M6 and M8 hex flange bolts with torx sockets from 12mm long to 55mm long, front and rear rotor bolts, billet aluminum bushings for bodywork and exhaust systems, compression washers, aluminum rim lock spacers, a full set of black sprocket bolts and nuts, Brembo style brake pin clips, fork guard bolts, M6 shroud screws, M5 screws for shrouds and engine, and convex washers. It also includes a full set of sprocket bolts and a full 8 mL bottle of Off-Road Formula Threadlock. The Euro kit is designed for KTMs and Husabergs from 2003-current. It also fits 2014 Husqvarnas. Bolt also makes similar kits for Japanese dirtbikes.
