Kawasaki Says No Josh Grant for RedBud National MX

A forearm injury will prevent Monster Energy Kawasaki rider Josh Grant from competing in the 450cc class at this weekend’s RedBud National MX. The timeline for Grant’s return to action is uncertain.

The following is from Kawassaki Motors Corp., regarding Monster Energy Kawasaki rider Josh Grant, who will be out of action at this weekend’s Red Bud National, round six of the 2017 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship:

Foothill Ranch, CA (June 29, 2017)–
Monster Energy Kawasaki rider Josh Grant will not compete at Round 6 of the AMA Pro Motocross Championship at RedBud on Saturday, June 24 in Buchanan, Michigan. Grant injured his left forearm during practice at Muddy Creek Raceway. After riding early this week, it was determined the injury required additional time to heal. Grant will be re-evaluated next week.
