MORGANTOWN, W.Va (February 23, 2017)–MX Sports is pleased to announce Polisport as the official plastic company of the 2017 Rocky Mountain ATV/MC AMA Amateur National, presented by Lucas Oil, an AMA National Championship.
Polisport will be involved in the AMA Amateur National qualifying process. Polisport will provide one of the most important tools in creating a National level track for both the Regional Championships – the track markers. Polisport-branded track indicators will guide racers through the bumps, turns and ruts on their Road to Loretta’s, as well as on the national track at the historic Loretta Lynn Ranch.
With a goal to develop the best products for the real-world rider, Polisport is an ideal fit for the world’s largest and most prestigious amateur motocross race. Over 22,000 racers across the United States attempt to qualify for just one of the 1446 available gate positions. No matter what size or brand of bike, Polisport has something that can benefit each participant.
“Partnering with AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship is very important to Polisport as a brand, not only for the visibility and exposure but also to strengthen the ties further with the competition, teams, riders, fans of the sport and the USA market,” said Polisport CEO Pedro Araújo. “We have been designing and developing top quality products for the off-road market and the Amateur National Motocross Championship is a great place to feature them.”
“This new partnership between Polisport and the Amateur National Motocross Championship program is a win for all parties involved including competitors and promoters,” said MX Sports Marketing Manager Nick Koester. “We are excited to work with such a well-respected international company who has been making high quality plastic products for four decades, coincidentally which is as long as the Amateur National has been hosted at Loretta Lynn Ranch. We also look forward to seeing the white track markers at each of the Regional Championships and at the ranch during the week of the Amateur National.”
The 36th Annual Rocky Mountain ATV/MC AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship, presented by Lucas Oil, takes place July 31 through August 5 at the popular Loretta Lynn Ranch in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee.
