9. Antonio Cairoli
- 8-time World MX Champion (2 MX2 titles, 6 MXGP titles)
- 6 MXGP championships in a row from 2009 to 2014
- 79 GP wins and counting (24 in MX2, 55 in MXGP)
Italian Antonio Cairoli’s stats should put him higher up on the list, but the reality is that he has done a lot of his winning during a time when the USA was the place where the fastest racers were racing. Whenever he’s faced off against the Americans he has held his own, and then some, but racing in the USA he wouldn’t have eight titles. He’d have titles (as long as he survived, or didn’t race, supercross), but not eight of them. Even at the age of 31, Cairoli is still racking up wins. He currently leads the 2017 MXGP World Championship after 7 of 19 rounds.
