Jason Anderson signed a recent contract extension with the Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing team, and that’s more than just about playing it safe or staying on an ever-improving factory team, one which took a big step forward with Husqvarna’s recent announcement of its all-new FC 450 Rockstar Edition. Anderson has also shown loyalty to team manager Bobby Hewitt, who has helped to guide Anderson’s career since he turned professional. There is clearly mutual respect between the two, a relationship similar to the one that Red Bull KTM team manager Roger DeCoster and Ryan Dungey enjoyed. When you have backing like that, you can accomplish a lot.
