The USA ISDE Trophy teams will host a fundraiser golf tournament at Snowshoe Mountain Resort in West Virginia to raise money for its 2015 ISDE expenses.
With the help of KTM, the USA ISDE Trophy Teams has announced its inention to host its second annual golf tournament team fundraiser at Snowshoe Mountain Resort’s Raven Golf Club in Snowshoe, West Virginia.
The special event, scheduled for on Friday, June 19, is intended to raise funds to assist the US teams’ efforts at the 2015 running of the International Six Days Enduro (ISDE) in Kosice, Slovakia, September 7-12.
The golf tournament will begin with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. on Friday morning, and will run until approximately 3:30 p.m. Participants will get to play 18 holes of golf on a championship-caliber golf course that has been ranked as the number two public golf course in the state of West Virginia by GolfWeek Magazine. Many of the USA team’s Trophy riders will be participating in the golf tournament, giving attendees the unique opportunity to spend time with some of the most talented off-road motorcycle racers in the world.
Each gold team will be made up of four players and space is limited, so participants are being encouraged to get their team’s entry registered early by completing the online registration form here. Individual tournamanent participants are also welcome and will be assigned to a team at random. The cost for the event is $100 per person, which includes a meal at the end of the round of golf.
All proceeds from the event will go directly to the USA ISDE Team to help fund the transportation of our athletes to this prestigious event. Special Information
There will be special activities taking place throughout the day, with plenty of opportunity for a little more friendly competition. Contests include: longest drive and closest to the pin for both men and women, a putting contest, and two opportunities to win BIG with a hole-in-one. KTM has teamed up with the cause once again to create a “Hole-in-One Challenge” so that if a player gets a hole-in-one on the drive for the designated hole, he or she will be the proud winner of a 2015 KTM 450 XC-F motorcycle.
All golfers must bring their own clubs. If you need to rent clubs they will be available for a $20 rental fee at registration. All players must wear the appropriate golf attire.
