It’s no secret that Southern California has been experiencing greater than average rainfall in the month of January, and Fasthouse’s video department used the torrential downpours as an opportunity to produce a new video.
Fasthouse-backed rider Willy Simons Jr., the son of respected Southern California pro motocrosser Willy Simons, has been burning his training laps, while still having fun, at a secret sand track in Southern California’s High Desert region. The track is a tantalizing mixture of waist deep whoops, long straights, and loamy berms. According to Fasthouse, it’s “any dirtbike rider’s dream.”
So, just for fun, Fasthouse decided to tag along Willy Jr. for a day of tearing up the track, capturing the following footage as he tortured Dad’s old Yamaha YZ250. Check it out.
